LOCATION
In the Northern Côtes du Rhône in Mercurol, the heart of Crozes-Hermitage.
APPELLATIONS
30 hectares of vineyards in several appellations:
- Crozes-Hermitage red and white : The most widespread appellation and located around Hermitage (25ha).
- Ermitage or Hermitage : The most prestigious appellation in the northern region (1.30 ha).
- Cornas : Red appellation only located on the right bank of the Rhône (2.50 ha), a granite terroir at altitude.
- IGP : Red and white (2 ha), 100% Syrah and 100% Viognier.
SOIL
Thick layers of rolled pebbles, mixed with red clay and forming relatively flat reliefs

Syrah, Marsanne, Roussanne
VITICULTURE
Low yields: 35 – 40 hl/ha whereas up to 45 hl/ha is authorized
Hand-harvested to pick up the best grapes
